& educational cocktail classes, using only the highest standard of fresh, nourishing
ingredients.
Jackie’s an Island transplant from Montgomery, by way of Charleston, S.C., where she studied psychology & ran the gauntlet of the city’s thriving nightlife scene, from the most charming dives to James Beard-nominated establishments.
Social worker by day, bartender by night, her loving care for the client experience is at the heart of everything she does.

She has a decade of experience behind LBI’s most upscale bars, with a handful of degrees to show for it. She’s also ½ of the father-daughter team behind Absecon’s Royal Bine
